We successfully manufactured, delivered and installed two high-quality aluminium silos for a leading Scottish chemical facility, each measuring 4.2 metres in diameter and 20 metres in length. The project also included the design and installation of bespoke access steelwork, carefully engineered to ensure safe operation, ease of maintenance, and seamless integration within the existing plant infrastructure.
From initial logistics planning through to final positioning and installation, the project was managed in close coordination with the client to minimise disruption to site operations and maintain strict safety standards throughout. Due to the scale and complexity of the equipment, detailed lifting studies and installation sequencing were carried out by our experienced installation team to ensure every stage of the operation was executed efficiently and safely.
