For a major Japanese-owned chemical company, we successfully delivered a large-scale fabrication and installation project involving bespoke pressure vessels and cyclones for their UK operation. The scope of work included the full manufacture of the equipment, followed by meticulous insulation and finishing works carried out at our dedicated workshop to ensure the highest standards of quality, durability, and performance.
Once completed, the equipment was carefully transported and installed on site by our experienced team, with all stages managed to meet strict project specifications and safety requirements. A key feature of the project was the main process vessel, measuring 4.3 metres in diameter and 22 metres in length, with a total weight of 32 tonnes.
The successful execution of this project demonstrated our capability to handle complex heavy-engineering packages from fabrication through to final installation, delivering precision workmanship, efficient project coordination, and reliable results for international industrial clients.
