These developments have enabled us to offer our clients a complete range of services, from small one off fabrications to complete design, build and installation projects. Workshop & Equipment

Our workforce and facilities are matched to the needs of our customers.

Workforce: Our workforce is qualified to a very high standard and all fabrications are produced in-house.

Facilities: Our workshops have a Fabrication Area of 2600 m2 with a Machine shop of 1200 m2 and a Storage Yard Area of 1.5 acres giving us room to store completed tanks, silo’s and pressure vessels.

Capacity: With this flexibility of workshop layout we can manufacture silos up to 4800mm in diameter and 24 metres in length, complete with insulation and cladding, saving valuable time and money on site.

Quality Management Systems: we are recognised to ISO 9001 – 2008 Quality Standards. Ancillary Equipment, such as support structures, platforms, stairs, and access ladders, insulation and sunscreens are also manufactured in house to the required quality and safety standards.

Machining and Tool Production

Sandersons operate a comprehensive Machining and Tool room service including C.N.C Multi-machining centres. As Precision Engineers, with a fully equipped machine workshop, we can make most spares and carry out repairs in house. We stock a large range of steels and engineering plastics to give fast-turn-around repairs. Our work includes:

Customer Care

Robert Sandersons maintain excellent levels of customer care. Our Project Teams and Project Manager work with you throughout the manufacturing, installation and commissioning stages of your project. This ensures any subsequent or post-installation requirements are handled by people who are familiar with both your plant and equipment. We offer a post -sales preventative maintenance service, we have a call-out repair team and we carry spares or can fabricate items to support your equipment.

Safety

Robert Sanderson and Sons Ltd review and comply with Health & Safety legislation at all stages of the project’s lifespan. Full risk analysis is completed for all projects and best Codes of Practice are adopted throughout. All members of the management and production team, as well as sub-contractor and partner suppliers, understand and conform to Health & Safety requirements and regulations, applying them throughout their involvement with your project.

Quality

ISO 9001 -2008 Quality Systems are employed to control all aspects of the total design and manufacturing process. Inspection is carried out during all stages of the manufacturing process, with a final inspection carried out, with the client, prior to dispatch. The necessary Risk Assessments and Method Statements, ensuring full adherence to the Management of Health and Safety in the Workplace, are all fully documented.
